I called to confirm that the dine in was still open. Before I could ask the question I was placed on hold. Okay coo. I get it. I do. I understand. However, when I was placed on hold I was on hold for ten mins and three seconds before I hung up. The whole time I hear gossip bad talking about a customer that just placed a order via drive thru and I heard someone say yeah she still on hold amd laughs. Like really. It would of took only three seconds for a reply. VERY rude and disrespectful. It's good. Took my business else where. I hope the unprofessional bluntly disrespect was worth the one star. I could only imagine how my food would of been done if the service over the phone was straight poor. I even called back and it made a busy sound which lets me know one or two things. The phone is STILL off thr hook from when I was on hold or they're on the phone. I strongly believe it's option A.
